Terms of Use

These terms apply to Chudoly’s invitation-only family-activity planning service. By accessing Chudoly, you agree to use the service responsibly and to these terms.

Adult accounts

Chudoly is intended for parents and other adult caregivers. Children may not create accounts or use the service independently. You are responsible for the information entered through your account and for keeping access to your account secure.

Activity information

Chudoly organizes information from official providers and other identified sources to help families compare options. Dates, prices, age rules, registration status, accessibility, and availability can change. Always confirm the official listing and use your own judgment before traveling, registering, purchasing, or participating.

Unless explicitly stated, an unclaimed listing does not imply that Chudoly is affiliated with, endorsed by, or in a partnership with the venue or organizer.

Provider access and submissions

The limited provider-access area may be used to inspect factual listing information, submit corrections, request suppression or removal, claim a listing, and submit events after authority validation. A claim requires authority to represent the organization. Chudoly may require stronger proof and may approve, reject, revoke, or limit provider access. Event submission and basic listings are free, but submission does not guarantee publication or recommendation placement.

Service availability

Chudoly may change, pause, or end features as it learns from invited families. Activity coverage is not guaranteed, and Chudoly may correct, remove, or expire information when it is no longer sufficiently source-confirmed.

Responsible use

• Do not attempt to bypass account, security, privacy, or rate-limit controls.
• Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.
• Do not misuse provider information, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.
• Do not copy or redistribute Chudoly branding, illustrations, or original editorial content without permission.

Third-party services

Official event links, maps, registration systems, venues, and other third-party services are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. Chudoly does not control their availability, content, purchases, cancellations, or on-site operations.

Drive-time estimates provided by Google Maps Platform are subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, notifying invited adults. Questions can be sent to hello@chudoly.com. Chudoly should obtain legal review before materially expanding availability.
