Frequently asked questions

Chudoly is preparing for a private beta with a small group of local families. Family access is not open yet, and features and activity coverage may change as Chudoly gets ready for beta testing.

What does Chudoly do?

Chudoly helps parents and caregivers discover local activities matched to the ages and interests of the children coming along. Choose who is coming and when, and Chudoly uses your ZIP code, saved drive-time and budget preferences, and any outing-specific changes to find relevant options. Results explain why an activity may fit and show practical details such as cost, travel time, age guidance, and the identified source.

How are activity details checked?

Chudoly includes source-confirmed activities whose details have been checked against an identified organization, venue, ticketing, or community source. Results link to the official or identified source when available. Schedules, prices, registration status, and availability can still change, so always confirm the latest details with the provider before going.

When will family access be available?

Chudoly is preparing a private beta for a small group of local families. Access is not currently open. If you are interested in participating, email support@chudoly.com. More information will be shared when the invitation process is ready.

Where is Chudoly currently available?

Chudoly currently focuses on Roseville and nearby communities across the greater Sacramento and Placer County area. Coverage varies by date, location, age, and activity type, so some searches may return few or no exact matches.

What can I do if no activities match?

Try another date, increase the drive-time or budget limit for that outing, or update your family preferences. Chudoly only shows activities that meet its current source and eligibility requirements, so it may sometimes show no exact matches rather than fill the results with unconfirmed information.

Does Chudoly handle registration or ticket purchases?

No. Chudoly helps families discover and compare activities, then directs them to the provider’s page for current schedules, registration, tickets, admission, availability, and participation policies.

Can I save activities for later?

Yes. Invited families can save an activity, mark it as planned, add eligible events to a calendar, request an available reminder, or record a completed adventure. Completed adventures can include the children who attended, a favorite marker, and an optional private rating.

How does Chudoly handle family information?

Child profiles and family adventure history stay private to the adult account that created them. Children do not create or operate Chudoly accounts independently. Chudoly does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. Adults can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information they manage by emailing hello@chudoly.com. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

How can I report incorrect activity information?

Signed-in families can use the Report action on an activity to identify an issue with its schedule, price, age guidance, availability, or location. You should still confirm important details directly with the provider before visiting.

Can a provider correct, claim, or remove a listing?

Yes. The provider area lets organizers find a listing, report a correction or cancellation, request removal, or submit a free claim without opening the invitation-only family product. Claims require validation that the requester is authorized to represent the organization. Authorized organization managers can also submit events for free. Provider questions can be sent to providers@chudoly.com.
